By placing an order on NILORMY.COM, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 5 Days of Delivery only for the following cases:

  • Damaged Product
  • Defective Product
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Major Quality Issue

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with proper proof such as:

  • Product photos
  • Parcel opening/unboxing video
  • Order details

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags (if applicable) must be intact
  • Product should be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or exchange:

If your return request is approved, you must self-ship/courier the parcel to the following address:

Important Return Timeline

  • Inform us about the issue within 24 Hours of Delivery
  • After approval, courier the parcel within the next 24–48 Working Hours
  • Share courier receipt/tracking details with our support team

If the parcel is shipped after the allowed timeline without prior approval, the return may not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • It will go through a quality inspection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 24–48 Working Hours

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment method, or
  • UPI/Bank account shared by the customer

Bank/payment processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.


Return Charges

This is a Self-Return Policy.

  • Customers must courier the product themselves
  • Courier/shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
  • A ₹250 Return Processing Charge will be deducted from the refund amount

The company does not reimburse courier charges.


Exchange Policy

For approved exchange requests:

  • Replacement product dispatch may take up to 7–10 Working Days depending on product availability.
  • Exchange is available only for damaged, defective, wrong, or major issue products.

Important Notes

  • Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for dislike issues, minor color differences, or change of mind.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen resolution differences.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims.
  • Products showing signs of usage, perfume, stains, washing, or damage caused by customer will not be accepted.

Damaged / Wrong Product

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product
